The amount
of SPAM being sent across the internet is a major problem these days. Rest
assured that CSolutions will never send SPAM to our clients, or anyone else for
that matter, and would certainly never sale our clients e-mail addresses to
anyone, period. We spend a tremendous amount of time and money trying to combat SPAM and
would never want to contribute to it.
Even with
all of our efforts, some SPAM may continue to make it's way to your mailbox.
Every message that is delivered to our mail server goes through several dozen
SPAM tests to determine whether it's a legitimate e-mail or not. Each
message is tagged with a weight number according to the number and severity of
the
tests it fails. Anything with a weight value of 10 or higher is
automatically moved to a SPAM Folder in your mail box.
All
though this is a very effective and common method used today, there will
probably be some legitimate e-mails sent to your SPAM Folder that you would like
to receive in your Inbox. If you encounter that problem, you can follow
the instructions below to have e-mails from a trusted address moved to your
Inbox, even if they are marked as SPAM.
