Configuring Microsoft Outlook

Open Outlook.

Click on the Tools menu at the top of Outlook. This will open a menu of choices. Click on E-Mail Accounts.

An Internet Account dialogue box will pop up.

Select the Add New Email Button and then Click Next.

On the Server Type screen, select POP3 and then click Next to continue

On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) page you will need to fill in your information for each of the six fields. For Your Name type in your name, for E-mail Address type in your CSolutions e-mail address. In the User Name field type in your CSolutions user name (which is the part before @CSolutions in your e-mail address) and in the Password field type in your password. For Incoming mail server (POP3) type in mail.csolutions.net. For Outgoing mail server (SMTP) type in mail.csolutions.net.

If you have a domain that we are hosting for you, your username will be your entire e-mail address. For example, if your e-mail address is tom@yourdomain, then your username will be tom@yourdomain. Your password will be assigned at the time your e-mail address is created.

When each of the six fields have been filled, click the Test Account Settings ... button

If anything shows up as Failed, return to the previous window and double-check your settings

At this point you have finished setting up Outlook 2003 and need to click the Finish button.
You may now begin to use Outlook 2003 to send and receive e-mail.
